At BatDeep we take pride in our products and are dedicated to customer satisfaction.  We’re committed to ensuring a high standard of quality, so if you would like to return your purchase or you find any faults in the product we would love to hear from you.

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase, as long as the product is unused and is in the original packaging.
